Investment Strategy

We prefer to act as principle in any investment, and the type of transaction we are interested in: Controlling stake investments in the form of "PIPEs", buyouts, bridge loans, roll-ups, restructurings, and public listings through reverse mergers. Investment Size and Stage: The typical investment range is between $1 million and $25 million. This includes the total investment by Gallant Investment Group and its syndicate investors. We prefer to provide the entire financing offering through our investments with like-minded investors and our strategic partners.

Horizon: Gallant Investment Group prefers to invest in companies with profitability in 12 - 18 months. Possible exit strategies will utilize strategic partners in the form of RPO's and/or strategic sales.Representation Role: In most instances, Gallant Investment Group will have board representation role with the company. In the case of an advisory role, we would provide strategic and financial direction to the company working in tandem with management.

Investment Criteria

The characteristics of our portfolio companies should include the following:

• An established core business model that is sustainable, Post-startup stage;
• Proven management team;
• Profitability within a 12-18month period;
• Having established business partnerships or market share that give it a major position in a market space;
• Barriers to entry;
• Technology or business that is scalable, defendable with global possibility.
• Extraordinary growth through injection of investment
